Who could build a house like this ?
This is the back side of lath and stucco on metal studs. Water is freely running into the house. This is the day after a pouring rain. There is no vapor barrier, sheathing or any barrier to stop the water.

A view of the standing water on the floor. This house is built to leak and fail. Flashing on the porch is non existent, porch is angled toward the house instead of away, window flashing is backwards, and on and on.
Why don't ferrocement boats leak ?
