Wow - "thanks" doesn't begin to say it!

I'm 50 years old and a single woman, and I've never owned a house all on my own. I LOVE this tiny old place, but the stucco exterior was really worrying me and I was having trouble finding really GOOD info on the internet (I've now bookmarked your site) - so the fact that I was able to ask you about my concerns and get such an upfront answer and referral for resources is WONDERFUL. You might think me silly, but I believe you should let people know when they've made a difference and today, you have! Thanks for helping me to breathe easier now!
