Who could build a house like this ?
EIFS is flapping in the wind. Styrofoam has come loose and is held in place by the plastic cloth over the styrofoam.
There is a neighborhood near me where the EIFS has come loose from the houses. The EIFS is sagging and bagging waiting for a strong wind to snatch it off.
